Return Window:
For your convenience, all products are eligible for returns within a 30-day period.
Returns within Warranty Period:
Returns are accepted within the product's specified warranty period.
Verification Process:
Before processing a refund, our knowledgeable staff expert will need to verify any product issues. This will require submitting relevant photos or videos.
Return Shipping Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. While we can provide a shipping label, the associated cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Arrival and Processing:
Returns must be received before we initiate the refund or exchange process. Failure to return items within 30 days of approval will result in a deemed delinquent status, leading to the forfeiture of a refund or the application of charges for replacement shipments.
Prior Authorization Requirement:
Please be advised that all returns must receive prior authorization from our dedicated support team. Troubleshooting procedures must be exhausted before a return, exchange, or replacement can be authorized.
Exclusions from Warranty:
Products reporting defects or damage after the initial 30-day purchase period will not quality for warranty coverage.
Non-Returnable Products:
For reasons of health and safety, items that may come into contact with bodily fluids, such as bathroom safety equipment, braces, mattresses, pads, and cushions, are non-returnable once their packaging is opened. Each return falling under this category will undergo a thorough review process.
Order Cancellation:

Timely Action: If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been processed, kindly reach out to our customer support or Sales Representative within 1 hour of placing the order.

Processed Orders: In cases where orders have already been processed, we will endeavor to halt the shipment. If unsuccessful, the standard return process will need to be followed
Issuance of Credits:
Upon successful verification of your return, the credited amount will be applied to your account. Please allow for a 3-5 business day processing time for the credit to reflect in your account. For payments made by credit card, it may take up to 4 weeks for the credit to appear on your card statement. Should the purchase have been made via check or money order, a refund check will be dispatched within 30 days.
